About Electricians Summer Hill
We're a local team of NSW-licensed electricians, and Summer Hill is part of our regular run. Every job comes with a fixed price on paper, an explanation you can actually follow, and a workmanship guarantee behind it for good.
Sydney homeowners have left us 600+ five-star reviews. We'd rather earn the next one than talk up the last.
How We Work Around Summer Hill
Most of the homes we get called to sit close to the village strip on Lackey Street and Smith Street, or in the newer apartments built into the old flour mill redevelopment near the station.
Some jobs start with a walk past Trinity Grammar on the way, others are a quick job for someone who works from a unit above the shops. Either way, the call gets answered by someone local, not a script.
We talk through what's wrong before anything gets touched. No jargon dump, no guessing at what a quote means.
Drop sheets go down on the floor, and we leave the place how we found it. That part isn't optional.
A lot of the older cottages and semis around here still run on wiring and switchboards nobody has touched since the last renovation. We're used to working carefully around a heritage streetscape, not just a modern build, and we'll say plainly if a fix needs more than a quick patch.
If you're renting out a unit near the station or running a small home office above the shops, we treat that job the same as a full house rewire: written quote first, no shortcuts on what gets tested and signed off after.

Licensed, Accredited and Fussy About It
Being licensed is the minimum. We treat it as the floor, not the pitch.
- Hold NSW Electrical Contractor Licence #452529C and stay current as a Master Electricians Australia member, checked and renewed, not just printed on a van.
- Work to AS/NZS 3000 on every job, and hand over a Certificate of Compliance once it's signed off.
- Fit Clipsal and Hager switchgear rather than unbranded parts, because a cheap board is a false economy once it's carrying an EV charger or ducted cooling.
- Agree the price we quote with you first. That figure is the one on the invoice, nothing added after the fact.

Three Promises We Put in Writing
Standards are the baseline. These three are what we actually promise on top.
- Lifetime workmanship guarantee, with a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit. If our work is the problem, we come back and fix it at no labour cost, whenever it turns up.
- A $50 gift voucher if we fall short. No arguing the point, no forms to fill in.
- We leave it spotless, or we pay someone who will. Rubbish and offcuts leave with us. If the place isn't clean when we're done, a professional clean is on us.

Where we work
Servicing Homes Across Inner West
Summer Hill sits inside Inner West Council, and so does most of our week's work.
Some jobs are five minutes from the village, others are a short drive out past the light rail line. Same team, same standard either way, whether it's a strata block or a freestanding house on a quiet side street.
